We will gladly refund or exchange any merchandise for any reason within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in the original, new condition that you received them.
Exchange Policy:
PaiP, Inc. d/b/a SUP LIFE® will gladly exchange any item within 30 days of purchase for another size or product. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. All items must be in their original condition. All exchanges are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please allow ample time for your exchange to reach us.
If you need to make an exchange because there was an error on our part (we shipped you the wrong item), please call us at 561.629.3275 to request a return or exchange.
Exchange Procedure:
If you need to make an exchange for any reason, simply call or email us. We will issue you a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) and send you instructions for returning your product. You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with any Return/Exchange of merchandise. Additional merchandise ordered may qualify for additional special offer or require additional shipping and handling charges. If the item(s) you are exchanging are a higher-price than the initial product, we will email you an invoice for the difference.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable. A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment and may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. Returns can take up to two weeks to process once we receive them. Be sure to also factor in the ship time for your return to be delivered to us. When your return is processed, we'll send you a notification email.
